Partnership and Development Manager

Reporting to the Co-Founder and Joint CEO, the Partnerships and Development Manager will work alongside the CEO to develop strategic partnerships, design new programmes, research and campaigns with the aim of expanding the organisations reach. With excellent interpersonal skills, the Partnerships and Development Manager will collaborate with various stakeholders to analyse the impact of their work and create meaningful relationships to secure funding and influence change.
The successful candidate will be comfortable working to targets and engaging prospective partners into the ambitious work of our client. With an understanding of the campaigns and policy landscape, the Partnerships and Development Manager will have excellent communication skills and proven experience of securing funding from statutory bodies, charitable trusts or corporate partnerships.
