An amazing opportunity has arisen for a Support Services Business Manager to lead our front line service teams in delivering Foot Care/Podiatry, Help at Home, Day Opportunities (Clubs) and Information & Advice Services.
A confident and effective communicator you will represent Age UK East Sussex across a range of statutory and non-statutory partners in order to promote and expand these services, which will be developed as social enterprise business models. Experience in developing, modelling, delivering and promoting similar types of services is therefore essential to the role.
Responsible for the management of these service teams you will also be proactive in ensuring the continued and successful growth of charged-for services to older people across East Sussex whilst maintaining standards of excellence compliant with best practice and relevant care standards.
Reliable, professional and flexible you will possess positive managerial behaviours that influence and inspire our teams to deliver on the above, spearheading and celebrating success along the way.
