Digital Marketing Manager

Reporting to the Director of Fundraising, the Digital Marketing Manager will support the delivery of digital fundraising activity:

Support the Individual Giving Team to plan and deliver their calendar of acquisition digital campaigns
Manage the digital reporting of the project and all digital budgeting for the project
Support the Director of Fundraising to deliver a stronger digital presence for the organisation and support the delivery of a digital fundraising strategy
Support work to develop and optimise digital creative across the digital fundraising work

You will have a proven track record of and be able to demonstrable experience in the following:

* Working within a Fundraising environment
* Delivering digital acquisition campaign using multiple channels and with external agencies
* Hands on digital marketing experience such as Display, Social, SEO and PPC
* Skills in project management
* Good communication skills and the ability to work with and influence a wide range of stakeholders
* Ability to organise a busy workload and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines

You will be joining our Fundraising department at a very exciting time as we focus on building our understanding of how digital platforms can drive income generation, supporter mobilisation and recruit new audiences. You will be constantly testing content across a broad range of digital channels and being very analytical and will look to optimise and improve fundraising activity through actionable insights. Digital acquisition is the key business driver for this role. You will support our Fundraising department to deliver seamless supporter journeys. In addition, you will maintain and optimise the fundraising content on the website, including our online donation forms.

This role is based in Westminster, London.
