We are working with a fantastic health charity to recruit a CRM Manager the successful candidate will have strong database management skills and will ideally have previous experience of working within the NFP sector.
Main duties for the CRM Manager:
Lead, develop and manage the team
Project manage services in relation to data
Oversee support to 450 users of the database
Manage external suppliers and agencies
Manage integrity and compliance of the database
Develop project plans
Essential criteria for the CRM Manager:
Educated to degree level or equivalent
Experience of CRM/database management
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Previous experience of managing staff
Strong influencing and negotiating skills
