Are you an ambitious marketer with experience delivering creative campaigns to enhance sales?

Initially a social enterprise and now recognised as an established facilitator across the sector, this progressive and well known peer network and social investment intermediary is seeking a results focused Marketing Manager to increase the organisation's media and sector profile with the view to increase sales for all of their products and services.

The Marketing Manager will actively create both digital and traditional marketing campaigns to support the organisation's growth targets with the view to increase their exposure and drive lead generation. Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing you will devise and implement an effective marketing plan while also actively exploring and implementing new and innovative ideas to work more efficiency. This person will have two direct reports and will be required to manage external agency relationships. Responsible for the group marketing budget the Marketing Manager will be tasked with delivering this with an effective ROI.

The successful candidate will be passionate about supporting the charity sector and will ideally have a practical understanding of working with charities, social enterprises and not-for-profits. We are seeking an enthusiastic and confident communicator who has proven marketing and management skills with demonstrable experience delivering effective campaigns. It is essential you are a confident and decisive leader with a natural flair for using creative thinking for problem solving.
