Prospectus is proud to be working closely with an international health organisation to recruit their new Partnerships Manager on a permanent basis.
Over five billion people do not have access to safe, affordable surgical anaesthesia care when needed, and anaesthesiology and surgical care have been identified by the WHO and the World Bank as neglected areas of global health. This role will significantly contribute to this organisation's objectives, reducing preventable and avoidable deaths, improving patient safety and increasing access to safe anaesthesia worldwide.
With a broad remit, the support of an engaged Board of Trustees and initially reporting directly to the CEO, the Partnerships Manager will build relationships and secure income primarily from institutional funders and corporate partners as well as individuals and philanthropic donors.
You will be an experienced fundraiser with institutional funding and ideally corporate partnerships experience, and a motivated self-starter who can identify and capitalise on opportunities that may include programme funding, event sponsorship and individual donations. You will have exceptional presentation and pitching skills and be comfortable managing your own resources and prospect lists.
