Legacy Programme Manager
Prospectus is working with a well-known leading health charity currently looking for a Legacy Engagement Manager to help design and implement an organisation-wide legacy programme and supporter journey. With a seven figure investment in a multi-year strategic plan to increase the number of pledges which this position will lead on, it is great opportunity for a confident relationship fundraiser to manage a large project.
You will lead, manage and develop the organisation's legacy development strategy, which aims to design and promote their stewardship programme and the teams' cross-organisational advocacy. With excellent interpersonal and listening skills you'll have the ability to influence and negotiate effectively with senior internal and external stakeholders in a complex environment. You will be leading on the review of the legacy supporter journey to recommend and produce a stewardship programme that builds on their previous success. This is whilst also advocating internally for supporter and public facing staff members to be trained effectively in talking through how legacies work.
They are looking for someone with experience managing six figure plus budgets and a working knowledge of how the fundraising process of leaving a legacy works. The primary desire of the organisation is to find someone who has the confidence and presence to act as an internal advocate with multiple stakeholders and the ability to steward the project to completion.
