Communications and Marketing Manager
Are you an experienced Communications and Marketing Manager available for an interim six months contract?
Prospectus is excited to be working with a leading homelessness charity to support the delivery of their ambitious five year strategy.
Reporting to the Head of Communications and Marketing, you will be responsible for setting and delivering communications and marketing goals and overseeing marketing activities, as well as developing the organisation's digital strategy. You will also be responsible for taking the lead in recruiting new staff as well as line managing the team, supporting staff with setting clear objectives. The successful candidate will work closely with the fundraising and campaigns teams to plan and implement activities to support the fundraising team, along with taking the lead for the brand of the charity, developing and producing materials and brand guidelines. In addition you will be responsible for managing the website, and developing the digital marketing and social media strategy.
To be considered for this role, it is essential to have demonstrable experience of implementing and delivering digital marketing and communications plans, with experience of managing a team. You are required to have experience of planning and implementing communications for a diverse range of stakeholders, using online and offline communications and marketing materials. Short-listed candidates must have excellent communication and writing skills with excellent attention to detail. An interest in working for a charity supporting homeless people is desirable.
