About the role
We are looking for a Business Support Assistant to provide administrative support to our Emotional Health Service in our West Cluster Business Support Team.You will work to support clinicians and provide a robust administrative support to service users.

You will be required to communicate with parents and professionals on the phone and in writing.Reporting to the West Business Support Team Leader, you will work in a team of Business Support Officers and Assistants providing support within a matrix management environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support to the West Cluster Emotional Health & Business Support Team
  • Dealing with incoming queries via phone and post from Parents and Service Users including booking appointments
  • Entering data relevant databases and processing referrals
  • Maintaining registers, scanning and uploading documents, filing, processing incoming and outgoing post
