Our client is the UK's leading dementia charity. They provide information and support, improve care, fund research, and create lasting change for people affected by dementia. 

Position: Customer Care Engagement Manager 
Location: London 
Contract type: Fixed Term - 12 months 
Hours: 35 per week 
Salary: £39,742 actual per annum 

Closing date: 5pm on Friday 27th April 
Interview date: TBC 

About the role: 

The Customer Care Engagement team is vital in supporting the needs of The Society's customers including donors, fundraisers and potential supporters. The Customer Care Engagement Manager will manage the day to day running of a busy engagement team (including third party agencies working on behalf of the Society), responsible for handling customer enquiries across a multitude of channels. On a typical day you will ensure all customer channels are fully supported, and that the team (and any third party agencies working on behalf of the Society) are fully trained and briefed on on-going activities and all possible areas of enquiry. 

About you: 

They are looking for someone who is passionate about providing excellent customer service with a friendly, not formal tone of voice. Not afraid to challenge the status quo, you will have a methodical approach to problem solving, and be a strong motivator of people.
