The purpose of this role is to collate, analyse, interpret and present data accurately to enable the Fundraising, Communications & Policy teams to improve supporter relationships journey.
- Advanced user of Excel
- Knowledge of CRM (Ideally Raiser's Edge & Salesforce)
- Manipulating data
- Data analysis

- KPI Reporting
- Bespoke Analysis
- Interpreting and communicating analysis
- Working closely and building supportive and effective relationships with colleagues across the charity, especially the Supporter Care database team in order to improve data quality and evidence-based decisions.
