Our client, one of the world's greatest centres of classical ballet training, is looking to appoint an Executive Assistant on a full time permanent basis to provide comprehensive and confidential support to the Director's office.
This wide-ranging role will provide exclusive managerial, administrative and logistical support to the Director and Senior Leadership Team, including servicing committee and board meetings as required.
Developing and maintaining good communication and working relationships with staff, students and external contacts, you will act as the first point of contact for the Director, field all enquiries with tact and sensitivity, and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be educated to A-level or equivalent and possess strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy and time management. An excellent communicator with an exceptional command of English, you will be adept at managing correspondence and have proven experience of managing a busy office within an education setting.
