In Britain, Quakers are mostly white, older and middle-class. Nationally, we've made a commitment to examine our diversity, and to find ways to be more inclusive. Could you coordinate this effort, helping us to be both challenging and loving?

We'd love to hear from you if you're passionate about equality. You have experience of difference. You know how to encourage groups to explore diversity and inclusion in a constructive way. You can see where the blocks are and help shift them.

This is a short-term scoping and development project, which will build the foundations for future work.

If you share our values and can help us change our practice, please consider this position. In return, we offer a good salary and excellent benefits.
