I am currently working with a fantastic international health charity based in London in aim of placing their next HR and Recruitment Advisor. This position is on a permanent basis and will report directly into the HR Director.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for international staff
  • Lead on the job evaluation process and propose any improvements for the recruitment and selection process
  • Coach managers and staff on HR policy, employee relations and employment law
  • Contribute to the development of the organisations' HR strategy, annual plan and global policies
  • Update and maintain the HR Database
  • Provide the information required for payroll input
  • Provide HR generalist support on specific projects as required

The key skills & experiences required for the role include:

  • CIPD qualified or the equivalent experience
  • Experience of working within an international non-profit organisation
  • Good working knowledge of current UK employment law
  • Extensive experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Experience of providing managers with high quality HR advice
  • Ability to deal with complex employee relations issues
