We are offering a wonderful opportunity for a driven and focused individual to join the Quarriers fundraising team as Fundraising Development Manager. Quarriers Business Development & Fundraising Department is an exciting place to work with a motivated and energetic team which is strongly supported by the executive team and board of trustees.

We raise funds to support this great work and have a vacancy within our busy Individual Giving team.  The post would be suited to someone who has a keen eye for detail, enjoys a fast paced environment and has the ability to build strong and sustainable relationships with key stakeholders. This is a varied role with a real focus on data and financial budgeting.  Reporting to the Head of Donor Development the post holder will be an integral part of the fundraising team.

We want to hear from accomplished, talented fundraisers and relationship managers who have held responsibility for regular giving (including face to face), online giving and general donations. This is a critical, creative role engaging and communicating effectively with a wide range of supporters by developing and delivering powerful and compelling individual giving programmes. Quarriers invests in an annual face to face fundraising programme and we are looking for someone to take this opportunity to drive it towards expansion and diversification.  If you are a candidate that wants to challenge yourself to deliver real results and in turn be able to see the revenue being used for positive work then we want to hear from you.

Although primarily based at Quarriers Village, flexibiltiy will be required to work at Quarriers Village and Regional Offices.

For this role you must have a full current drivers licence and access to own transport.

THE PROJECT

Quarriers Business Development and Fundraising department (BDFR) are responsible for securing new income to deliver our services in Scotland. Quarriers service portfolio includes social care services for both adults and children with disability, support for people who are homeless, support for people with epilepsy (including our world class clinical services at the William Quarrier Scottish Epilepsy Centre); and a range of complementary care and value-led support for some of society’s most vulnerable people, and their families and carers.
