Supporter Care advisor 

We save lives, be it the Emergency or Children’s Air Ambulance our Helicopters and our operations teams ensure we are with people in their upmost time of need. To keep our helicopters flying; our retail shops, fundraising teams and volunteers raise the much-needed funds required.

Position: Supporter Care Adviser 
Location: Rugby, Warwickshire (Commutable from Coventry, Lutterworth, Royal Leamington Spa, Daventry and surrounding areas) 
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent 
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Mon - Fri 
Salary: £18,000 to £20,000 per annum 

About the role: 

We are looking to appoint Supporter Care advisor to be based here at our Head Office in Rugby. A key role within the business you will be responsible for end to end engagement with our Supporters ensuring a positive journey with the Charity. 

You will be responsible for connecting with supporters on the first stage of their journey via telephone or email to establish strong future relationships with the charity, this will also involve managing escalations and retaining supporters. You’ll provide a central point of contact for fundraising activities and events enquiries; by managing relevant mailboxes and ensuring that responses are within agreed timescales. 

It’s important that all our supporter data is managed securely and recorded accurately. In addition to this you will process direct debits, donations accurately and audit report on all transactions within the team. 

About you: 

We are looking for someone is outgoing and an enthusiastic personality, successful relationships are paramount to the success of our charity and we need to be able to form these quickly and effectively. 

We use an extensive range of software so the ability to learn this quickly is important. Finally, experience of being able to manage and input data accurately will be necessary to complete the role.
