National Media Manager
The Charity are looking for a Media specialist to start immediately and lead a team of 4 Press Officers for 3 months with permanent opportunity on offer. Brilliant opportunity to gain experience in an experienced and focused team that have great Stakeholder and Media experience.
The National Media Manager responsibilities are:
-Lead national media engagement and ensure that the National PR team clearly understand the strategic aims and objectives as set by the Head of PR.
-Maintain effective stakeholder relations with senior marketing and media professionals.
-Provide guidance and support to all Legion spokespeople.
-Line manage, set the work priorities, and provide oversight of the National PR Team.
-Negotiate with and influence senior journalists on issues to reactively protect and proactively enhance the reputation of the charity
-Good Stakeholder Management experience
-Good National Media experience
-Immediately available - interviews happening next week
-Team Management experience - team of 4 to develop

- £200-225 day rate
