Harris Hill ate seeking a Head of Partnership Development and Fundraising on behalf of a UK based Human Rights organisation. This charity campaign and provide support to children and families affected by child trafficking.

Based in London this role is responsible for development and implementation of the fundraising strategy and securing new sources of income.

Key responsibilities
- Design, communicate and lead the charities annual fundraising strategy in close collaboration with the CEO and programme leadership team
- Work with the CEO and Programme Leads to agree on programme budgets and fundraising targets, and lead the fundraising team to achieve or exceed these targets
- Co-ordinate fundraising across multiple income streams, including but not limited to trusts and foundations, statutory bodies, EU bodies, corporations, individuals and major donors
- Research and identify new opportunities, and write persuasive funding applications that secure income to meet the funding requirements

Experience and skills
- Previous experience of successful fundraising for a charity, preferably one working in the human rights sector
- Proven track record of securing six figure sums from charitable trusts, foundations, companies and / or statutory agencies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent research capability with experience of presenting complex information
- Highly organised and experienced in time-management and using fundraising databases
