Harris Hill are currently working with a great charity based in London, SE1 to help secure a HR Officer for 3 months, paying up to 15.93 per hour. The purpose of the role is to take lead on updating information within their HR Systems.
The key responsibilities of the role include:
Produce reports and KPIs
Input data onto HR system (Carval) & update employee records
Support Head of HR with GDPR
Oversee monthly Payroll submissions, process benefits and contractual changes
The key skills and experiences include:
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate well with staff at all levels
Experience in the use and maintenance of databases
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and HRIS (preferably Carval)
