Change Communications Manager
I am currently working with a great Charity in Central London to recruit a really exciting change communications role to lead on a really interesting change programme for the business over the next 18 months. The role will be paying circa £40,000 - £45,000 on an FTC although the business is also open to considering a day rate.
The organisation is going through a significant period of change at the moment so there will be lots for the successful candidate to get involved in. As the Change Communications Manager the postholder will be responsible for delivering compelling change comms programmes and promoting culture change to achieve high levels of engagement, increase customer satisfaction and organisation development.
The location for the role is flexible although being based out of the London would be ideal. The role is available on either a full time 5 day per week, or a part time 4 day per week basis.
Ideal candidates will display:
- Experience in a strategic communications role
- A track-record of providing an internal communications service
- Experience managing a wide range of internal stakeholders and communicating change within a complex organisation
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
