The Direct Marketing team at Unicef UK plays a unique role in connecting the British public to the needs of children around the world. By creating outstanding supporter experiences and compelling propositions, we help bring on-board supporters who can change the lives of millions of children forever.  

The Quality and Engagement Officer plays a critical role in ensuring campaigns are supporter-centric and deliver outstanding results. You will deliver fundraiser engagement and quality strategies, managing relationships with quality agencies. You will manage quality staff on the in-house face-to-face fundraising campaign, developing a training programme for use across direct marketing and reforecasting quality areas.

To succeed, you will have experience of creating strategies for fundraiser engagement and quality on fundraiser performance and campaign success. You will have the experience of creating and delivering outstanding training presentations to large and diverse audiences. You should have a detailed knowledge of telephone and face-to-face fundraising.

This role is currently based in Farringdon. From Summer 2018, Unicef UK will relocate to Stratford (zone 2).  Our new offices will be close to the new Crossrail station and the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. Stratford is also served by the Jubilee and Central Lines, DLR, London Overground, TFL Rail and National Rail services.
