Head of Channel Marketing (Supporter Growth)
I'm supporting a fantastic Not-for-Profit business in recruiting a Head of Supporter Growth (Channels) at the moment. This Christian Charity, based in the Northern Home Counties, is going through a really exciting period of growth and has launched a new strategy.
Working closely with the Director of Marketing & Communications this role will lead the Supporter Growth team in managing existing channels and developing new channels to grow supporter numbers and improve engagement with existing supporters. The postholder will lead the implementation of a new organisational strategy to develop a portfolio of sustainable acquisition channels.
The postholder will manage a team of 6 people. The role is based 3 days in their head office and 2 days in their London office, with the option to work a 9 day fortnight.
Ideal candidates will display:
- Substantial experience in a channel marketing role
- Experience leading a multifunctional digital and marketing team
- A strong understanding of fundraising context in the UK
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Experience working with data and developing business cases
Ideally candidate will have substantial experience working in the fundraising/charity.
