Join our client at this key time and help them achieve their 2020 Vision. They’re exceptionally well placed to build more new homes; they aim to double their delivery over the next five years, provide more new affordable homes and introduce market sales into their programme to create cross subsidy.
They currently have an exciting part time opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join their Housing Management department. The post holder will work from their Towcester office working full time 36.5 hours per week.
Providing organised, flexible and effective administrative support to the team, you will take ownership of enquiries, including referral or sign-posting to the relevant Housing Officer and you will manage arrears for garage and hardstanding sites. You will receive and make calls to a variety of customers and will provide an efficient post service for incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Customers are of utmost importance to our client and you will deliver excellent customer services at all times. This may include assisting with sensitive situations that involve rent arrears or initial reports of anti-social behaviour. You will also be expected to maintain accurate customer, tenancy and property information.
The successful candidate will have previous experience of administrative work and, as such, will have a good standard of written English and attention to detail. You should have a background of working in a customer facing environment along with excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with staff, tenants and external organisations. You must be computer literate.
