We’re Anthony Nolan and we save the lives of people with blood cancer who need a stem cell transplant.

We’re unique. Thanks to the incredible donors on our register, our pioneering research and our passionate fundraisers, we give the chance of life to three people a day.

But we won’t stop there. We want to be there for everyone who needs a transplant; from finding a match, through every step of a patient’s transplant journey. And together we can reach the remarkable day when we can save the lives of everyone with blood cancer.

And now we want you to join our lifesaving team. We are looking for a Scottish & Northern Ireland Recruitment Co-ordinator to join our Register Development Team.

Reporting to the Scottish & Northern Ireland Register Development Manager, this role is an exciting opportunity to work with our University groups, Marrow, and partners to recruit potential stem cell donors and raise awareness of stem cell donation. You will be able to engage and inspire a diverse group of volunteers, build strong relationships with partners and work collaboratively to support the delivery of our ambitious recruitment and retention goals.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with the ability to put our patients and volunteers at the heart of everything we do, prioritise  varying workloads and work to deadlines and targets. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and be a confident communicator. A full clean driver’s licence and access to car are also essential as the role requires extensive travel.

You must be willing to work flexible hours and to travel throughout Scotland & Northern Ireland.

We are looking for a confident communicator with an ability to build strong relationships to support our growing presence in Scotland and Northern Ireland. In this home-based role you will be working with our University groups, Marrow, and partners to recruit potential stem cell donors and raise awareness of stem cell donation.

Release your remarkable, join our team and give someone a chance of life.
