Our client, a leading educational charitable foundation based in the heart of London are seeking a Project Officer for their growing team. This excellent opportunity will be on a full time permanent basis and offers a competitive benefits package. As Project Officer you will be managing substantial projects, leading on developing and building key stakeholder relationships.
As Project Officer you will be responsible for:
Embed effective and consistent processes across the team
Ensure that work is scoped, developed, managed and disseminated effectively
Coordinate the activity for stakeholder meetings
Identify gaps in information - research and develop reports/briefing notes
Support the management of projects across the team, including monitoring project plans and budgets
Adhoc project support
As Project Officer you will meet the following criteria:
Extensive experience of project planning, implementation and management of business-critical projects
Excellent organisational and administrative skills
Ability to carry out research and draft briefing notes and reports
Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
A strong understanding of the further education and training sector
