Do you have Individual Giving experience with a proven track record in successful donor acquisition? If so this is an exciting opportunity to accelerate your fundraising career by taking ownership in growing the donor acquisition activities across our client amazing charity!

You will project manage a range of donor acquisition activities, with a focus on recruiting and enhancing new regular giving programs and channels. 

Ideally you will have extensive experience of working in an individual giving team as well as a proven track record of achieving individual income targets. This is an excellent opportunity to bring your own ideas to lead and develop the acquisition programme. Proven experience of donor relationship management and development is an essential requirement in order to succeed in this role and progress within this role.

Duties include:


Plan, develop and manage the charity's Acquisition and Regular Giving direct marketing campaigns.

Project manage all aspects of supporter acquisition direct marketing program including budgets, scheduling, creative briefing, media briefing and approval of media plans, data briefing, signing off copy, artwork and print proofs

Managing and developing effective working relationships with internal and external stake holders alongside reviewing performance against SLAs.

Work with the Digital Marketing & Communications Team to develop and implement an online Acquisition and Regular Giving strategy and deliver online communications to existing donors.

You will need:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to interact effectively with a diverse range of people.

Strong, demonstrable project management experience including devising and managing 1 year marketing strategies and being accountable for the outcomes.

Experience of producing budgets, reporting variances against the plan and re-forecasting

A proven track record of prioritising a varied workload and experience of handling multiple priorities, excellent time management skills, accuracy and keen attention to detail

Experience of managing and working with third-party suppliers to agreed SLA’s and experience of supervisory duties
