Grants Finance Officer

Prospectus is working with one of the UK's leading charities supporting individuals with cancer to recruit a Grants Finance Officer on a 12 month fixed term contract.
This is a key role within the team, and this person will have responsibility for managing the post-award funding processes, liaising with internal and external stakeholders and utilising their knowledge of the charity's terms and conditions to ensure the process is smooth and efficient. In addition, the post holder will work to monthly reconciliation targets and will effectively contribute to the overall strategy for the team.
The successful candidate will have previous financial administration experience, as well as some knowledge and understanding of the grants management process. With a collaborative approach to their work, this individual will be a great communicator with experience in refining and improving processes.
