Job Title: Deputy Director of Fundraising
Hours: Full time/permanent (4 days a week would be considered)
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 depending on experience
Location: London SW6/Flexible
(Travel to other Breast Cancer Havens will be required on a regular basis).
We are working in partnership with Breast Cancer Haven, a charity that supports women through their breast cancer treatment. The charity operates via a network of six welcoming centres around the UK, supporting women and their families.
Breast Cancer Haven is at an important stage of its evolution as it seeks to expand its services to meet the growing needs of breast cancer patients. With an ambitious expansion plan, the charity aims to support more women with breast cancer than ever before and is now seeking to appoint an experienced and motivated Deputy Fundraising Director who will be responsible for supporting the Fundraising and Communications Director in managing the fundraising function and specifically for leading and managing the regional fundraising teams.
The successful individual will demonstrate:
- A strong track record of raising funds from trusts and foundations and major donors
- Success in delivering against income targets
- Ability to work collaboratively to achieve the overall organisational vision
- Ability to inspire and motivate fundraising teams and volunteers
- Excellent written and oral presentation skills
- Strong networking skills
- Budget management skills.
