Director of Strategy & Impact
The Director of Strategy & Impact is a member of the executive team and provides strategic direction, corporate planning and reporting for The Trussell Trust. The role leads on impact analysis, working in partnership with the wider organisation to ensure we deliver effectively on our vision, mission and strategy.
You will have substantial experience of successfully managing and leading strategy development and organisational change, and a proven record of project, staff and budget management. A degree (or equivalent level of knowledge) or membership of a professional body of recognised graduate status is required.
You will have corporate planning expertise and the ability to link major trends and conceptual thinking to strategy development and implementation. You must demonstrate good interpersonal skills, be communicative and approachable and ensure that written communication is succinct and convincing.
