Senior Digital Manager (Customer Experience)
I am currently partnering with a great Charity to recruit a Senior Digital Customer Experience & Engagement Manager to join at a really exciting time in their journey. There are tons of great things happening at the moment at the Charity and it's a great time to join. As well as a rebrand, the organisation has a huge anniversary campaign and is doing lots of exciting partnership work.
This role sits within the wider Marketing & Digital team under the new Head of Digital (6 months into the role) who is already doing great things within the business and continuing to create a digital first culture at the organisation
As the Senior Digital Manager you will be responsible working closely with the Head of Digital to harness new and emerging tech to create experiences that that improve customer experience across digital channels. You will take responsibility for the planning and implementation of audience journeys across identified touchpoints.
The postholder will work with other team members to develop a strong content calendar, develop segmentation models and ensure that audiences are defined and needs are understood.
Ideal candidate will display:
- Experience in a range of digital research and testing strategies
- A track record of planning and facilitating workshops with the purpose of developing audience and engagement strategies
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- Strong project management skills
- Experience of line management
