You will be providing support to the Care Management Team and the Operations Director so previous experience in a similar role is essential.

You will need experience in the following things:

  • Providing meeting support, including arranging meetings and taking comprehensive minutes
  • Maintaining cases on the social care database by entering data and uploading documents-
  • Assisting the Social Care Team with high-level administrative support
  • acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the executives
  • booking and arranging training, meetings and staff supervision and appraisal
  • organising and booking meetings and presentations to Commissioners
  • reminding the executives of important tasks and deadlines
  • Receiving and responding to emails
  • Contributing to monitoring of the quality assurance of the organisation
  • typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
  • managing databases and filing systems
  • implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
  • liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
  • collating and filing expenses
  • miscellaneous tasks to support the Senior management team with the smooth running of the business to ensure that the business in line with organisational policy and procedure
