Are you a Community Fundraising Manager looking for your next opportunity to help people? Or are you looking for your next long-term project to progress in and put your stamp on?

Morgan Hunt are currently partnered with an outstanding health charity based in North-West London that provide support and care for around 200,000 people a year. This charity are in the first phase of an exciting new multi-year strategy in order to raise money in areas that are previously untapped. Using this strategy, the charity is going to raise enough to have new Capital Campaigns as well as educational and research outcomes changing the lives of so many people.

This Community role will have a large involvement in gathering funds from mass participation events, with a full calendar of events already in production it will give the successful candidate a great scope to raise awareness whilst collecting these funds. This role currently has an income target and upon completion would give some progression in terms of managing more junior members of staff and teaching them how to become a successful fundraiser.

Key Responsibilities:
* Working closely with the Head of Fundraising to decide on strategies and plans.
* Developing, building and maintaining strong relationships with supporters in local communities
* Liaise with the events team to reach agreements on budgets and targets.
* Building relationships internally and externally to develop opportunities and prospects to support the fundraising strategy and objectives.
* Work closely with other teams to optimise the impact of the funds on the campaigns in place.

Candidate requirements
* Demonstrable experience in community fundraising and developing new supporters.
* Experience in budget management
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proven track record of maximising income from community fundraising streams
* Experience recruiting and managing volunteers
