We are looking for an experienced Senior Event Manager to lead our National Events Team through and exciting time of growth and development plans.

About the role 
The role will be based in our London Head office and you will lead the National Events Team by implementing our strategy and development plans. The goal of this will be to create and embed an innovative supporter journey to maximise fundraising and creating supporters for life. We are looking for a candidate with excellent management experience, experience of managing budgets, setting performance indicators, implementing a strategy and creating a first class supporter journey.

About you 
We are looking for a strong leader with excellent management skills who is motivated by growing the income and participation across all National Events.

You will have great communication skills and work well across all departments within Sense and to develop your team to be experts in the sector. You will be enthusiastic, motivated and ambitious and lead the team by example whilst developing and getting the best out of the team. You will be articulate and be able to demonstrate the performances of the events and be able to bring teams together to get the best results.

You will also be required to work evenings and weekends when necessary but will receive time off in lieu for this time.
