They are currently seeking an outstanding HR Coordinator to join the team to ensure that they not only have the best people on board, but that they are well supported. If you want to help and support the staff and volunteers behind AIUK, whilst developing your HR career, this is your chance.
The HR Coordinator is an integral part of the HR Team and your main focus will be to lead on maintaining accurate, confidential and compliant administrative systems to support the function. They will be responsible for payroll, attendance tracking, reward and performance management, end-to-end recruitment and training and development. On a daily basis your tasks will be varied but you will be communicating and promoting HR policies and procedures across the organisation, whilst also managing HR administration. You will need to be up to date with current employment law, HR policies and best practice. In addition to this, offering guidance on the pension scheme and managing volunteer recruitment will also keep you busy.
In order to be successful you will need some experience as a HR generalist, and ideally will be CIPD qualified or part qualified. You will need to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as strong numeracy and MS Office skills. Prior experience of using Open HR or any HR database would be a great advantage. To be a perfect match for this position you will need to have a diplomatic approach together with the ability to approach sensitive issues with discretion.
