Supporter Service Administrator
A Children's Hospice in Essex are looking for a Supporter Service Administrator. The successful candidate would need to provide a high standard of supporter care to the charity.
To participate in database quality control
To work with the finance team on reconciling income and gift aid claims.
To accurately input new supporter data and amend existing records as notified
Meet and greet visitors and provide a warm welcome and hospitality
To schedule and manage volunteers and staff in distributing/collecting Red House Boxes and off-site collections.
To attend collections where necessary
Demonstrable administrative experience, or customer service experience in another relevant role
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive and effective working relationships
Experience of data entry
Experience of following financial processes
Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills
