An excellent opportunity has arisen for an F&E Coordinator (Facial Cleanliness & Environmental Improvements) to join our team and contribute to the planning, implementations and continuous monitoring and evaluation of our F&E (WASH) components of the Trachoma Programmes.

Reporting into the NTD Coordinator you will be responsible to support and work closely with the NTD Coordinator and the Programme Manager, as well as implementing partners to develop technical support, training and the creation of materials and documentation to meet the goals of the project criteria’s.

The successful candidate will support planning and implementation of key projects targets with key partners both internally and externally.  You will assist with identifying areas of improvement through monitoring and evaluation of data then promote shared learning by producing factual reports to disseminate amongst associated networks.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field such as Public Health, Health Sciences, Social Sciences, Education or Development Studies.  A minimum of 4 years working experience, ideally in an NGO setting and understanding of government systems in particular water and sanitation and Health. Field experience of WASH or NTD’s would be an advantage.

Experience of project management including financial administration/budgeting with the ability to explore data and produce effective reports in a timely manner.  Sound knowledge of Microsoft products is essential as is the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders
