The Senior Customer Experience Manager is a senior manager in the Digital & Customer Experience team within the Marketing Unit with responsibility for enabling the unit to meet its business targets by leading a team that specify, plan, develop and deliver improvements to the end to end acquisition strategy.
The role holder will lead cross functional teams and activities (including stakeholders from other units including Communications, Operations and IT, to deliver compelling experience developments primarily across our UK and International acquisition web sites but also combining across multi-channel (e.g. multi-site contact centres) where appropriate.
A degree or relevant professional qualifications or equivalent experience within a marketing, advertising or business related discipline
- Customer Experience strategy development and / or design training
- Project / programme management qualification
- Agile product owner certification
