Plan International UK strives to advance children’s rights and equality for girls all over the world. Working together with children, young people, our supporters and partners, we strive for a just world, tackling the root causes of the challenges facing girls and all vulnerable children. We have been building powerful partnerships for children for 80 years, and are now active in more than 70 countries.

The Public Engagement department strategically combines fundraising, major partnerships, campaigns, and communications to raise funds and create a shift in public opinion on international children’s development and rights issues by mobilising the income, resources and forces that are needed to support our work. The Individual Giving Unit recruits, retains and develops the support of individuals and households in the UK. We are looking for a Digital Acquisition Coordinator to support the delivery of digital supporter acquisition campaigns, working to maximise response and the lifetime value of supporters.

You will contribute to the planning, implementation, analysis and evaluation of Acquisition campaigns and materials and will implement supporter recruitment campaigns

across a range of digital media channels including PPC, SEO and email.

You will use your knowledge of digital marketing techniques & campaign management to recruit new supporters. You will be able to understand and convey sometimes complex issues to internal and external stakeholders, and will have knowledge of supporter acquisition rationale and process, preferably within a fundraising environment.

The deadline for applications is 9:00am on Wednesday 21 March 2018

Interviews will take place on Thursday 29 March 2018

Due to the nature of our work with children, we follow rigorous child protection policies and procedures in our recruitment process. As a result, some of our roles are subject to an Enhanced Disclosure by the Disclosure and Barring Service. A criminal record will not necessarily bar you from joining us as an employee or volunteer; this will depend on the circumstances of any offences.
