Without donations, our client can’t help fund ground-breaking research, advanced equipment, child and family support services, and the rebuilding and refurbishment of wards and medical facilities. Their staff help to raise these vital funds for the hospital. A better future for seriously ill children starts with you. In February 2017, our client partnered with another Charity merging their national research funds, making up to £2 million available. This is the largest fund in the UK dedicated to child health research, and will benefit children, nationally and around the world.
Their partner raises money to fund pioneering child health research across the UK, helping to find new treatments and cures for children and families who desperately need them. They support clinicians and scientists who have the skills, innovation and passion to improve children’s lives forever. Since 1991, they have funded more than 300 ground-breaking child health research projects in over 90 hospitals, universities and research institutions across the UK and overseas.
Position: Senior Digital Marketing Executive
Location: Central London, WC1N
Job Type: Full Time, Temporary, 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

About the role:
This is an exciting role that is responsible for developing and marketing engaging content across a variety of digital channels.
They work with a content marketing approach and so all content that is created must have distribution factored in from the start. You will use your wide variety of skills to produce compelling content for brand building and fundraising campaigns to meet their goals. You will need to work closely with the Head of Digital Engagement, Charity Website Manager and the wider charity to help shape and manage content across our clients platforms.
The candidate will have experience of creating and managing digital campaigns with a particular emphasis on social media marketing and Facebook advertising, with proven skills in creating PPC planning and managing budgets. You will also have experience in email build and editing, creating website content and managing updates ongoing, with a clear understanding of SEO.
The successful candidate will have a firm grasp of all things editorial and a talent for writing compelling and engaging copy for different audiences. They may also have experience with shaping and managing film content.
Stakeholder management is an integral part of this role; they work closely with internal teams to shape content briefs and ensure that it meets strategic objectives. In some cases, you will act as ‘business partner’ for a particular team, getting under the skin of the type of content that works for their audiences and objectives, as well as training them to develop more innovative briefs and integrated digital plans.
