About the Role
This new and specialist teaching role will work closely with the SEN Team, SEN Consultant and Specialist Speech and Language Teacher, Strategic Lead for Inclusion and Director of Education Services to ensure that offers informed, appropriate and supportive information for key transition points so that these are coordinated, timely, well supported and ensure that provision reflects specific needs of children and young people.
This role will also oversee the Transition programme across KS2 to 3 so that our secondary schools are well equipped, confident and competent to meet the needs of children with SEN in Y7
