Position: Regional Fundraising Manager - South 
Location: Flexible across Southern England 
Contract type: Fixed Term – 9 months (maternity cover) 
Hours: 35 per week 
Salary: From £42,550 to £44,678 actual per annum, depending on location

About the role: 

We are looking for a strong, strategic manager with extensive fundraising experience to lead our already successful South Regional Fundraising Team deliver transformational growth in line with our new strategy. Covering Cornwall to Kent you will manage a geographically dispersed team of 12, directly line managing 4 and matrix managing a corporate role. The budget for 18/19 is nearly £4.8M and you will be responsible for the delivery of the budget as well as building a robust pipeline for sustainable future growth. 

A vital member of the Regional Fundraising Management Team, you will have overall responsibility for the strategic performance, management, delivery and development of all Regional Fundraising activities and income in the London Region.

You will be looking for a varied role where you can grow and develop your team to achieve great things and engage with volunteers and supporters to grow our income and raise awareness. You will have proven experience of developing, monitoring and delivering budgets with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets. Strong line management and leadership skills are essential as are excellent influencing and communication skills and you will have the confidence to work collaboratively across different directorates and departments.
