Business Support Administrator
An exciting new opportunity within one of London's leading universities has arisen for a temporary Business Support Administrator to oversee the day-to-day operation of various departments.
As the department's Business Support Administrator, you will provide overall administrative support in the areas of finance, human resources and space/facilities. You will advise staff and students on basic financial regulations and support with departmental HR related matters.Â Working closely with the Research and Business Support Manager, you will assist in organising external and departmental events including taster days and conferences. As the post holder, you will also support student services, providing support with new starter registration processes and access to virtual learning platforms.
In order to be considered for this post, you will need to have previous administrative experience ideally within a higher education environment, along with excellent IT and communication skills. With the ability to work independently and proactively, you will have the confidence to deal with a wide variety of people, prioritise competing deadlines and comprehend complex situations quickly.
