Associate Director, Partnerships & Learning
Prospectus is delighted to be working with a London-based trust committed to developing and regenerating their local community as they look to recruit an Associate Director, Partnerships & Learning on a six month contract.
This role encompasses a number of crucial responsibilities, including the successful delivery of the fundraising strategy, the development of their impact measurement work, and the distribution of the various grant giving aspects of the organisation. In addition, the post will have oversight of a number of community development programmes, working with the team to ensure projects and events are delivered well. This is an important role for the trust, and will see the post holder work with colleagues across the organisation, as well as external stakeholders and fundraising specialists.
The organisation is looking to achieve the right mix of experience to ensure the successful candidate can manage the many facets of the role. This individual will have significant senior management experience within a charity, either within fundraising, grant giving or business or community development, and will be a confident and inspiring leader, both with colleagues and external consultants. Budget and resource management skills are also essential. With a collaborative approach to their work, they will have exceptional networking and relationship management experience.
