Through the platforms within the organisation, individuals can invest and save with businesses they believe in, such as renewable energy, fair trade, social housing and green housing.
The role of the Operations Manager lies right in the very heart of the organisation, delivering outstanding customer service to people who are on board with positive investment. You will be responsible for business management services,providing day-to-day operational management of their key services including activities and liaising with lenders, regulatory bodies and the Board. You will ensure all contracts and insurances are up to date as well as acting as the main point of contact. You will use your exceptional customer service skills to manage customer's orders as well as managing and overseeing investor aftercare services.
To be considered for this role, we are looking for a project manager with excellent customer service skills to maximise business performance and to build effective relationships inside and outside of the organisation. Short-listed candidates will also have an understanding of finance and investment with the ability to respond effectively to changing workloads and priorities. Ideally you will have experience of working in a regulated financial institution or within a regulatory framework, and an understanding of community energy or cooperative business model is desirable.
