Unicef ensures more of the world’s children are vaccinated, educated and protected than any other organisation. We have done more to influence laws and policies to help protect children than anyone else. We get things done. And we’re not going to stop until the world is a safe place for all our children.
This is an exciting new role within Unicef that will work with the Senior Leadership team to develop and evolve the organisation’s strategy. Reporting to the Director of Strategy, Knowledge & Innovations, you will build and lead a knowledge function within Unicef UK to strengthen the organisation’s understanding of the world in which we operate.
You will ensure knowledge drives our strategy, innovation and the decisions we continually make on a daily basis. You will work across multiple disciplines: market knowledge and trends, research) and data analytics.
You will play a leadership role within the team, as we move into our role as an internal consultancy within Unicef, operating through a matrix approach across the organisation.
You will have experience of leading research and insight teams across the media mix. You’ll have experience of leading and managing teams; of operating at a senior level to affect positive change and experience of creating and implementing insight based solutions; and innovative new analytics models which to drive change.
