Database and Insight Manager.
A Charity based in London is looking for a Database and Insight Manager. The successful candidate will maintain and develop the fundraising database for the charity. The candidate would need to produce income and supporter insight and data analytics to inform the fundraising strategy and help achieve increasing levels of income. This role will also line manage the Fundraising income and database executive.
Oversee Raiser's Edge database system to help facilitate and further develop the organisation's fundraising strategy.
Facilitate the Thank You process for supporters post donation using the mail system on Raiser's Edge
Provide data as asked for the team's data selection requests, developing and delivering these in a timely and accurate manner and to provide technical advice to the team to improve their data selection requests where necessary.
To create and use Raiser's Edge segmented queries
To inform the relevant project managers of all database considerations, ensuring these are built into the project planning stages of fundraising activities
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
Proven experience of managing and maintaining a customer relationship management database
Proven experience of the Raisers Edge database
Proven project management experience
Proven experience of carrying out data selections, segmentation and reporting
Proven experience of using a database to monitor and track results for specific campaigns.
Proven experience of creating database user manuals in a fundraising environment
Proven experience of using a database to create and track KPIs for specific campaigns.
Proven experience of line management of at least one staff member, providing supervision
