Corporate Partnerships Manager
Harris Hill are very pleased to be working with a unique support-based, charity to recruit a Corporate Partnerships Manager based in South West London. You will be responsible for leading, growing, and managing an exciting and diverse portfolio of corporate accounts. It's a fantastic time to join the charity as they've recently finalised their 5 year strategic plan and are looking for an innovative, ambitious fundraiser to help shape future plans and drive this forward.
Key responsibilities will include:
+ Leading on the account management of existing corporate partners to ensure continued support
+ Researching and developing an active pipeline of new corporates to approach and engage in order to generate new business opportunities
+ Planning and delivering staff mobilisation campaigns to win COTY partnerships
+ Changing the charities approach to corporate partnerships through networking, analysis and evaluation
+ Generating income to meet and exceed agreed targets
The successful candidate will:
+ Have experience in a corporate fundraising role and a track record in delivering significant income through strong relationship management
+ Be an excellent communicator with the ability to inspire, negotiate, and influence
+ Have experience in the development and implementation of fundraising strategies, operational plans and budgets
+ Be confident taking the lead on driving forward new initiatives and projects
+ Have a high level of competence in using relationship management databases (ideally Raisers Edge)
