Advice Service Manager
Location: Loughton
Hours per week: 22
Type of contract: Permanent

Based at our Loughton Office, we are looking for a self-motivated, well-organised and adaptable person. You would be responsible for managing the advice service and our team of volunteers and supervisors; quality assurance for general advice; and have overall office responsibility reporting to the Chief Executive Officer.

Previous experience of management is desirable. Two years’ experience as a generalist adviser and experience as a supervisor is essential. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be confident and with the ability to prioritise and plan tasks.

Some travel between the offices in the Epping Forest District may be required. Some evening work will also be required to manage the solitictors rota one evening a week.
