Job Title: Generalist/Welfare Benefits Information Officer
Hours: 36 per week
Location: Citizens Advice St Helens
Salary: £21,751 per annum + up to 5% pension contribution

Details of the post To provide an effective generalist and specialist advice, information and signposting service to build capacity with all service users within St Helens including people entering or returning to the Country. To develop accessible and effective online resources and written materials informing everyone of their rights to residency, protection from discrimination, and to welfare benefits. The service will provide advice and assistance with form filling and related issues. Advice sessions will take place by way of appointments at the main office, outreach venues, as well as staffing a ‘late night’ session.
