Fundraiser (Individual Giving, Community and Events)
We are looking for a hands on fundraiser who enjoys all aspects of fundraising in order that you can play a valuable part in the success of the overall fundraising and marketing function.
In this new role you will play a key role in cultivating and maximising relationships from existing and new supporters across the individual giving, community and events programmes. You will also be supporting trusts and corporate fundraising efforts as this is a core part of the overall income.
The successful candidate will bring a track record and be able to demonstrate success in securing income and teamwork. You are likely to have at least one are of fundraising with some knowledge in others - you will need to be keen not to be Pidgeon-holed...
In return, you will benefit from working with supportive trustees, CEO, and senior managers in addition to being able to work flexibly, cycle or drive to work, and have access to the Employee Assistance Programme and Learning and Development opportunities.
You will be joining at a significant time in development given the charity is developing a new strategy to increase the scope of its services to children and adults with disabilities, and one which has commenced a capital appeal to transform its current building into an outstanding and enviable facility of choice.
If you are passionate about fundraising and working to targets, have a flair for building relationships with donors and your fellow colleagues, then we would encourage you to get in touch for more information.
For the same charity we are also looking for a Trust and Grants Fundraiser and a Corporate and Trust Fundraiser.
